Aman-i-Khas has only ten accommodation tents. Each of these is a spacious and luxurious retreat, with separate dining, relaxing, sleeping, bathing and dressing areas. There is a giant day-bed beneath a cotton canopy, reminiscent of Moghul opulence, a separate shower and soaking tub, and twin vanities in the dressing area.

Outside, beyond the step pool, library and spa tents, lie the wilds of Ranthambore. Stays include morning and evening game drives in the park, where you’ll have the chance to spot one of India’s last remaining wild tigers.

Leopards, bears, jackals, ratels, various types of deer, crocodiles and over 350 species of birds also call Ranthambore home, and the hilltop fortresses, lush lakes and rolling woodlands are a backdrop to remember.
